  • TMDB (The Movie Database) information for media details
  • SSO/Social login information (Google, GitHub, Telegram, and other OIDC providers)
  • Sonarr/Radarr integration data (if configured)

For third-party sign-ins, we only store minimal account-linking metadata in LeMedia (for example, provider username/login handle and provider account ID). We do not store provider passwords, chat data, or other sensitive third-party account content.

3.2 Media Providers

Data is shared with third-party services you authorize:

  • TMDB: Media queries and your activity
  • Jellyfin/Plex: Availability checks for media in your library
  • SSO Providers: Google, GitHub, Telegram, or other OIDC providers receive authentication requests
  • Sonarr/Radarr: If configured, we sync media requests

Third-party sign-in providers process authentication on their side. LeMedia stores only the minimum needed to remember the account link and sign-in preference.

4. Data Storage & Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account exists. You can request data deletion by contacting an administrator. Session data and rate-limiting data are typically retained for short periods (hours to days). Application data is retained until account deletion.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of your data
  • Deletion: Request removal of your account and data
  • Correction: Update inaccurate information
  • Opt-out: Disable notifications and analytics

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

  • HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
  • Secure session token management
  • WebAuthn/passkey support for secure authentication
  • Rate limiting and bot protection
  • Regular security updates and patching

However, no security system is impenetrable. We encourage you to set a strong password and enable multi-factor authentication.
